An animation of a horse running, created by placing intentional fingerprints on a laptop screen. For each frame, the smudges were positioned to form the image of a horse in different stages of its stride. Taking each photo with the flash on in an otherwise dark room was the most effective way of minimising other unwanted reflections, and also added the flare effect.
